what do we learn from sun?
A) As the sun accepts water through evaporation and again discharges the accepted water through clouds and never gets attached by water, in the same way have sensual pleasure but only as much as we need to live  but never get attached to the sensual pleasures (vishaybhogas).
As tomarrow i.e., 10 feb  it is ratha saptami at suryodayam(sunrise) we have to bath with arkapatras and give surya arghya with this mantra

"सप्तसप्तिवहप्रीत सप्तलोक प्रदीपन ।
सप्तमीसहितो देव गृहाणार्घ्यं दिवाकर  ।।"
