what is self realization?

what is known as self realization, does it mean becoming brahma or reaching the parabrahmas abode called vaikuntha lokam,firstly who is not brahma now that is jiva will never become brahma (lord lakshmipati narayana) secondly as told  by krishna  
జన్మ కర్మ చ మే దివ్యం యో వేత్తి తత్వతః । త్యక్త్వా దేహం పునర్జన్మ నైతి మాం యేతి సోऽర్జున ।।  4th chap geeta
reaching the permanent abode of lord krishna or narayana means reaching the moksha loka this is what means self realization (మన స్వరూపానికి సంబంధించిన ఆనందాన్ని మోక్షలోకములో పొందడము భగవంతుని పాదాలు చేరడము) this is known as salvation, many jivas who had already attained salvation మోక్షము పొందిన జీవులను స్వయంముగా చతుర్ముఖ బ్రహ్మ దేవుడు . నారద మహర్శి చూసిన ఉల్లేఖము భాగవతాది శాస్త్రాలలో మనకు దొరుకుతుంది.
jivas who attained salvation never return back from vaikuntha lokam, in vaikuntha lokamu they have infinite anandamu, solace, sukha bhogamulu, what ever they want it will be readily reach them, the mukta jivas do have senses, legs, hands overall (ఆప్రాకృత శరీరము), 2nd skanda bhagavata expalins the same about mukta jivulu, explains about them having a beautiful శరీరము ( శ్యామావదాతా శతపత్ర లోచనాః) means neel megha shyama varnam , eyes as the lotus patramulu etc.,, but not exactly as lord narayana, the mukta jivas do have the apraakruta shariramu which look alike of lord narayanas rupam, but not exactly as of lord narayanas or goddess lakshmi maata. this fact is clearly explained in garda puranam brahma kaandamu also.
 what do yo mean by the question not arising of rama krishna, shabhu etc.,  does it mean there is no discrimination between the gods, or the deities referred above does'nt exist, or we don't need to worship them? 
firstly the above referred deities are different by each other, means the existence of the above referred gods is a proven fact in all the puranams and veda shastras, that too there is a taratamya (discrimination) stated as lord narayana is the father, goddess lakshmi is our mother, brahma and mukhya vayu deva are our brothers, saraswati and bharati devi are our (jiva's)  sister-in-laws, shiva and other devatas are our relations(bandhvulu), this is expalined in tyagarajugari song
 సీతమ్మ మా యమ్మ శ్రీ రాముడు మాకు తండ్రి, వాతాత్మజ సౌమిత్రి .........పరమేశ వసిష్ఠ ........... నిజభాగవతాగ్రే సరు లెవరో వారెల్లరు పరమ భాంధవులు మనసా. 
the same is told in shastras, we should have the devotion with taaratamya towards other devatas also (garuda purana brahma kaandamu ) proves the same fact.
in vishnu sahasra naama there are many names which are famously known as lord shivas name are in true fact lord narayanas names only, not only lord shivas names but also lord brahma ,agni, indra all other deities names are in true fact lord narayana's names only, lord narayan has given his own self names to all other deities, (bhagavat 1st skanda explains and proves logically the above fact) narayana upanishat also says the same  (యో దేవానాం నామధా ఏక ఏవ ),  brahma sutras also prove the same fact.
