'sri hari pervades panch bhutas(5 elements), and controls them' what is the result of this upasana?
A) when we worship sri hari as omni present, and pervades the pancha bhutas five elements (namely aakash,vayu,agni,jala,pruthvi) we will be blessed with 3 boons (namely bhakti towards sri hari, our total dependency 'aswatantryam' on sri hari, and detachment towards world pleasures).
having our food results in 3 benefits, 1 relief with hungryness, 2 health nourishment, 3rd stomach get filled.
in the same way with one upasana (worship) we get 3 benefits
