importance of sandhyavandana

the most common topic referred almost in all sargas of valmiki ramayanam is sakala sandhyavandana. valmiki rushi doesn't hesitate to tell that sri rama did the sandhyavandana in morning ,in evening etc., this show and teaches us the importance of sandhyavandana. lord sri man narayana's incarnation sri rama in every day's hectic schedule also doesn't forget or leave sandhyavandana, how could we the least manavas doesn't get time or have will for  sandhyavandana. कुर्यात् अन्यत् न वा कुर्यात् मैत्रो ब्राह्मण उच्यते ! nothing we do, it doesn't matter but if we don't do the least sandhyavandana we won't be brahmins. तत्रापि जन्म शतकोटिषु ब्राह्मणत्वं! once in hundred crores of janmas we get one chance of being brahmin, and if we don't utilize it properly again we have to wait another hundred crores of janmas. so, to be a brahmin please do trikala sandhyavandana.
