A) when we worship sri hari as omni present, and pervades the pancha bhutas five elements (namely aakash,vayu,agni,jala,pruthvi) we will be blessed with 3 boons (namely bhakti towards sri hari, our total dependency 'aswatantryam' on sri hari, and detachment towards world pleasures).
having our food results in 3 benefits, 1 relief with hungryness, 2 health nourishment, 3rd stomach get filled.
